Our Ethos

Our Ethos

Henry Chambers has been founded within the aim of combining the experience and skillset of a Barrister at the Bar and the management of cases through years of experience within a Cotswold Solicitors Firm. This provides a unique approach to the merging of the skills learned in these two professions which allows the bespoke execution of high-end advice to give practical solutions to all clients.

Henry Chambers is committed to helping people find solutions to personal problems and also offers a mediation experience so that clients are able to take control of the court process where possible and come to personal solutions that they are happy with.

What makes us unique

At Henry Chambers, we combine the legal acumen and skills of a Barrister practicing at the Bar (accepting regular instructions from professional Solicitor clients) with the experience held through the running of a successful Family Law Department within a Cotswold Solicitors Firm. This provides a unique approach where there is a total understanding of the entire process that all clients and solicitors face throughout any matters in dispute.

We adopt a modern approach to traditional practices and are committed to finding multifunctional solutions that allow our clients and their loved ones to thrive.

What we believe

Henry Chambers provides a range of services to members of the public and solicitors alike. Henry Chambers is able to offer consultancy services to solicitor firms as well as accepting instructions from them regarding any cases that they are currently handling.

We have undertaken the Public Access Course and are able to accept instructions, where appropriate, from members of the public to assist in their cases.

At the heart of all cases that we are involved in is a commitment to helping clients find solutions to their personal problems that allow them to thrive and move forward with their lives.

At Henry Chambers, we excel at providing high-end legal advice to all of our clients in a professional and friendly manner that gives time to ensure our clients understand the processes that they are going through and their legal rights. We believe that once this information is passed to clients, they will be empowered to make the correct decision for themselves and their loved ones.

Our Heritage

Jack was educated at the Crypt Grammar School in Gloucestershire before undertaking a History and Politics Degree at Cardiff University. Following the completion of this degree, Jack completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and then commenced his Bar Vocational Course. After the completion of this course, Jack worked within a National Law Firm whilst at the same time running his own Legal Business that specialised in providing Employment Law Advice to numerous Companies. Jack developed his commercial understanding and pragmatic approach to cases at this early stage of his career.

Jack was called to the Bar in 2014 and completed Pupillage on the South Coast in 2017. Jack has undertaken work both within a Solicitors Firm where he quickly became Head of the Family Law Department and finished his career with the Firm at the level of Partner where he was heavily involved in the running of the successful Cotswold Firm and its Practice. Jack has also experienced periods of time at the Self-Employed Bar where he would regularly receive instructions from Solicitors Firms across a variety of fields.

In July 2022, Jack became a Family Law Mediator and has built this into his Practice where he combines a high level of advice with an empathetic and understanding manner to allow appropriate resolutions being sculpted that work in the client’s best interests.
