Resolution: Private FDR

Henry Chambers is able to offer Private FDRs as an additional service to increase the growing demand for non-court-based resolution, allowing all parties to put their case to an evaluator, who is able to give an independent indication.

Greater flexibility
No delay
Greater time to conduct the hearing and can be extended if needed
The ability for the “judge” to read papers in advance of the meeting
